The core rules of In the World of the Witch Queen are deliberately vague, with the assumption that the referee will fill them in as they like and as they feel is appropriate for their own campaigns and their own players. Having said this, I know some people want more definition. The Scroll of the Master lays out how I fill out the core rules at my own table (or virtual table, in my case, given the current world health crisis).
