Updated to Version 17 on 05/30/2023. Added explicit damage causing and healing spells, instead of just generic guidelines for such. Made small revisions to monster descriptions (mainly to save space), Opened up the system under a CC license, as I feel that the game has departed enough from The World's Most Popular Fantasy Game that the OGL is no longer needed.
